Good afternoon to all our Customers and Contacts,
I hope you are all keeping well and pacing yourselves throughout the difficulties that we are all experiencing due to COVID-19.
We have today taken the decision to suspend all our training and courses that require contact through tuition. Although we will still provide support and assistance to anyone that wishes to book an e-learning
What does this mean for you? If you have booked any training with us over the next few months we will suspend the training date and make arrangements with you when it is designated safe to do so and reschedule your course.
If you have already booked and paid for a course or training and wish to cancel this, regardless of our terms and conditions, we will offer a full refund.
We do provide e-learning
for some of our courses and would encourage you to use this facility in the meantime - this would be a great way to enable your staff to work from the safety of their home and gain qualifications. Contact us
to arrange setting up an e-learning account.
Where there is a contact element to an e-learning
(blended learning) course, then this will be arranged when the time is right for us all. These are mainly for First Aid courses, but can also be used with Manual Handling training.
What does this mean for us? Although it is difficult times for everyone, we believe that we have enough contingencies in place to enable us to survive in the short term. We still have outgoings and running costs to meet, but we are confident that we will see you on the other side of this pandemic to continue to support your business with all your training and qualification requirements.
Our office will remain open and you can contact us
by phone or email, however please allow longer than normal response times - we will get back to you but please be patient as we try to juggle a multitude of commitments.
If you already have a training course booked with us, I will be contacting you individually over the next week or so to make specific arrangements with you.
Finally. We would encourage everyone to comply with all the government advice and guidance. Please help everyone to limit the duration of these difficult times and restrictions.
Stay safe and healthy and please act responsibly.
